This is part 1 of a series in which I am going to address some necessary steps we need to take to improve our life and create abundance.

Some are well known and other less. Most of them are simple steps and yet most of us struggle to take them and to make them habits even though we know how important they are for improving ourselves and our lives.
By following all of these steps we want, at the same time, to improve different life's areas and create a better overall balance.
We must remember in fact that we are complex beings made of body, mind, and spirit and we must take care of all these aspects if we want to become our best version and create an abundant life.
When I say "abundant life", I mean happiness, success, health, wealth and longevity. Yes, we can have it all!
So, take the steps. Create the habits of doing them day in and day out. Little by little. Start by crawling, then walking, and finally running. Keep it simple.
You don't need to master all the steps, tools and habits. Just apply them as simply as possible. Most of the time with minimum application, you can already receive most of the benefits.
As science shows us in most cases being a master only benefits you a little bit more compared to someone that is an advanced beginner. That is why it is better to apply as many healthy positive simple steps, tools and habits as possible, rather than just mastering one or few.
Furthermore, most of them are very well integrated with each other, and it is easy to apply most of them during your morning and evening routines. So keep it simple. Keep it short. Keep it small. Keep it constant and consistent.
Today, as fist step I want to talk about simple healthy steps and habits for improving your health, your body, and your overall physical energy and well-being.
Healthy simple eating and drinking!
Drink enough water. Water or tea. Maximum 1 or 2 coffees. Not soda or other rubbish. When you feel hungry as first thing you must drink a glass of water. Alcohol in moderation. Eat plenty of vegetables, some fruits, and a little meat. Forget about processed foods. Make sure you get enough vitamins and antioxidants. Probiotic and prebiotic.
Of course there is lot more about healthy drinking and eating in order to create an optimal health. However just by following and applying these few simple steps, you will see miracles happen in your life.
Simple, isn't it? We know these things. Why don't we do them, then?
You tried but it didn't stick. Isn't it? Or you don't have time. Or maybe you have planned to do it later.
But there is not later. There is only now. The time is now! Don't play with your health. Just make the habits and improve your life.
