Hi, This is part 9 of a series in which I am going to address some necessary steps we need to take to improve our life and create abundance. Some are well known and other less. Most of them are simple steps and yet most of us struggle to take them and to make them habits even though we know how important they are for improving ourselves and our lives. By following all of these steps we want, at the same time, to improve different life's areas and create a better overall balance. We must remember in fact that we are complex beings made of body, mind, and spirit and we must take care of all these aspects if we want to become our best version and create an abundant life. When I say "abundant life", I mean happiness, success, health, wealth and longevity. Yes, we can have it all! So, take the steps. Create the habits of doing them day in and day out. Little by little. Start by crawling, then walking, and finally running. Keep it simple. You don't need to master all the steps, tools and habits. Just apply them as simply as possible. Most of the time with minimum application, you can already receive most of the benefits. As science shows us in most cases being a master only benefits you a little bit more compared to someone that is an advanced beginner. That is why it is better to apply as many healthy positive simple steps, tools and habits as possible, rather than just mastering one or few. Furthermore, most of them are very well integrated with each other, and it is easy to apply most of them during your morning and evening routines. So keep it simple. Keep it short. Keep it small. You sure have heard talking about gratitude because it is on everybody mouth. But is it also in everybody's action? Unfortunately I doubt it! And is it in your actions? I hope so! The benefits of practicing gratitude and acquiring a gratitude/blessed mindset are well known. It can produce miracles in your life by increasing the level of happiness and health and reducing stress and anxiety. Start practicing it. Make the habit! Practice gratitude and especially gratitude of the negative in order to learn to appreciate your life as a whole and not to overreact in stressful times, periods and situations. Learn to be grateful for stressful negative situations. Remind yourself that nothing is eternal and that you can learn and improve from negative and failure. Not only, they are necessary to allow us to enjoy our calm peaceful happy times and places which otherwise would only be a boredom. in some very hard and extreme circumstance, it can seem impossible to be grateful. I know. Try to accept first. And to be grateful after. We can grow and learn from everything. Remember gratitude will help you to align with the universe, world, nature, society and people. With your body. With your shadow. it will calm down and unstuck you from overreaction and stress produced from the Fight-Flight-Freeze response anancestral response developed to help us survive and thrive in a hostile environment. But when you stuck with it, it can destroy your health, happiness, life and longevity. If you are still alive, then breath and be grateful. Then, start by practicing it. First few minute per day. And then, while you go, wherever you are and whatever is happening. Be grateful! You are alive! Simple. Isn't it? Why aren't you daily working on it? Don't you want to be healthier? happier? live longer? being more positive and optimist? Take the right step and make the habits out of it! Change your life. Live better and longer!
