Hi,

Today we are going to talk about abundance and scarcity.

We must understand and become aware that going after something that is wrong, negative, and unhealthy can make us and our lives worse, even if we succeed, and we get it.

You could have everything and still be living a miserable life. Think about the many lottery winners that lose almost everything after a little while. Does it ring a bell?

So, what is abundance?

In our society, abundance is a kind of curse, as it comes together with and is not separate from the concept of scarcity.

So, what are scarcity and abundance, maybe you are wondering?

Scarcity is the belief that there is not enough for everybody, and we must compete and fight among ourselves to have what we need and want. So, to be abundant, we must take things from the outside world and deprive the others of them. We must constantly accumulate things and protect ourselves from others because they want what we possess and our social position and status. This is clearly not a pretty picture, is it?

As you can see, the modern concept of scarcity and abundance makes us fight and feel fear and hate, instead of developing the needed compassion to be able to cooperate to develop an abundant future where everybody can have enough material things while still being their own greater self and living a plentiful life filled with health, happiness, wealth, success, passion, excitement, and satisfaction.

We wrongly think that abundance means having a lot of the things that are rare and make us rare (prestige, power, money, property, assets, etc.), but do we need these things? Do we want to take part in this game, under these rules?

What if abundance is an individual journey to happiness, health, success, and wealth through cooperation and reciprocal help? What if we are content to accept our position in the world, instead of tormenting ourselves, seeing as we can't have everything we want, and we cannot be an omnipotent God ourselves.

Yes, you can live an abundant life! Start by working on yourself and changing to become your best version. And yes, being your best self also means that you need to make the world a better place by cooperating to create an abundant society and a better humanity.

Yes, we can still enjoy freedom, money, nice things and experiences. We can still work hard to achieve them.

But always keep in mind that fighting, hate, and fear will just make you unhappy and unhealthy, and they will kill you faster. Only love, compassion, cooperation and a healthy purpose will give you an abundant life of happiness, wealth, success, health, excitement, passion and satisfaction.

And if you think, it is maybe time to make the habits to help you create abundance and become your best self, you may be want to check out this free training.

I agree. Fewer things we have and need, the better we can live.

:) You are right!

But what if we changed the fundamentals and raised awareness.

What if school educated our children to different mindsets and point of views?
