Start spending 10 minutes every day at the end of each day to review your day. Ask yourself:
Am I happy with my day?
What did go wrong and what right?
How can I grow and what can I learn from my current situation?
What is one thing I can do tomorrow that I will feel good about at the end of the day?
What in my life can I be happy about right now?
What am I grateful for?
Where and on what can I improve?
Do this every day and you will see miracles happen in your life.
Whatever is your problem, challenge or goal, you always have the possibility to change and improve your life.
Don't just make resolutions. People that makes resolutions normally fail. Adopt a new powerful mindset: make the habit of being aware.
In order to do this periodically assess your life situation. Focus on your problems, challenges or goals. Brainstorm for solutions. Decide your next action steps. Monitor through the day for setbacks and roadblocks. Rince and repeat.
Change your thoughts, words, and actions and change your life. Start telling and writing a new positive empowering story!
