Empowerments:


Find and align with your life purpose. To help with it, it is also important to find your passions, list your talents, skills, strengths, and values.
Make sure everything is aligned together otherwise you will need to eliminate or reframe negativity and install new positive healthy elements (beliefs, values, behaviors, knowledge and more).
Understand yourself and the world around you.
Discover your spirituality and your materiality and connect with them.
Learn to see the Divinity inside you and around you.
Rewrite your story as empowering one.
Build a daily routine and try to apply it when possible without stressing out if there is no time.
Create health (mind and body health).
Create positive healthy habits and remove negative unhealthy ones.
Create and cultivate a positive mindset.
Create goals, action steps, and set priorities.
Learn and adopt a never give up mindset (a small progress is better than no progress. No progress is better than regress).
Learn to control yourself, focus on what is needed and, switch easily between action, awareness and creation mindsets.

Daily Personal Development Framework


This base framework, which I personally use, has been created to help anyone to keep on track and stay focused on the fundamental activities of balancing our lives and improving ourselves.

Main elements you need to have in place to get the best out of this framework and your personal development journey:

You need to visualize and align with your future and greater self.
You need a purpose/mission --->  The selfish-altruistic mission/purpose to be aligned, thrive and prosper. Find you how.

Set goals, priorities and action steps and create an action taker mindset 


The Framework 

Everything starts at the end of the day. In fact, by reviewing, planning and slowing down in the right way we can set the base to live a productive and happy day.

Just ask yourself few simple questions to help you celebrate, be grateful, focus, brainstorm and plan (written is better).

End with a slowing down relaxing meditation (or breathing exercise)

Given that thanks to the end of the day questions you already know what you have to do during your day you can simply start your day with an empowering morning routine (long or compact according to your time)

Recite some affirmations both for aligning with your greater self, getting ready to take action and focusing on the main limitation/empowerment we want to work on

Short meditations and exercises to become present and align

Training (short and long videos) according to the time and above all natural movements.

Practice gratitude and gratitude of the negatives

Practice mindfulness and mindfulness on-the-go during your day when possible (make the time)  


Once everything is in place and you are daily applying the framework, keep the focus on the most important things and set time apart to work on them:

Balance, life improvement and personal grow with questions exercise
Be present and enjoy the journey - be healthy and happy while getting wealthy and successful (align with affirmations)
Create and apply your daily routine
Work on limitations, flaws and empowerments
